  1. Today I finally felt brave enough to make a rice ball and I said how hard could it be? It was so hard!! I ended up just mixing it all together in a bowl lol I've wanted to make gimbap too and now I know that when I do make it, use the bamboo mat 😅 thank you and Merry Christmas to you as well!
