Today I finally felt brave enough to make a rice ball and I said how hard could it be? It was so hard!! I ended up just mixing it all together in a bowl lol I've wanted to make gimbap too and now I know that when I do make it, use the bamboo mat 😅 thank you and Merry Christmas to you as well!

Okay, I get it now about the gimbap mold. I will buy the bamboo mat then. I like the last version. Also, thank you for showing us how to roll the gimbap using the mat—that’s exactly what I needed. Now, though, I’m very curious about your rice cooker! I’d love to buy that exact rice cooker when I go back to Korea!
