自家製蕎麦に出汁、唐辛子、にんにくの効いた濃いめのつゆに牛もつをたっぷり入れた牛もつ蕎麦です！
　
牛もつはすごく柔らかく、噛めば噛むほど旨味があふれてきました！
さらに、にんにくの風味と唐辛子が効いたピリ辛の出汁が蕎麦とまっちして、寒い今の時期にぴったりで美味しい蕎麦でした！

    あまり持つと蕎麦の組み合わせってみたことないけど、油含んだものと蕎麦の相性はいいので、臭みがあまりなければおいしそうな気はする。

    Another idiot handling your food wearing no glove this is unacceptable guys they are part of the problem because it just shows that this individual doesn't care about your health guys guys I'm sure that the food is good but your health always comes first always remember that and with that said it's time to start putting these individuals in responsible individuals out of business
