Among all the seaweed soups you’ve had until now, this is definitely the best one ❤️
Ingredients:
– Seaweed 10g
– Dried kelp (or dashi stock) 4g
– Beef steak 230g
– Water 1400ml
– Brown rice vinegar 1 1/2tbsp
– Toasted sesame oil 1tbsp
– Soy sauce 1tbsp
– Fish sauce 1tbsp
– Minced garlic 1tbsp
– 1/2 of an onion
– Salt (to taste) around 1/2tsp
1. Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces. Add a small amount of water and salt, then soak the seaweed for about 15-20 minutes.
2. While the seaweed is blooming, in a separate bowl, add water and dried kelp leaves. Bring to a boil and simmer until needed.
3. Stir-fry the beef until golden brown.
4. Once the seaweed has bloomed, press out the excess water and add it to the beef.
Stir-fry for a couple of minutes, then add minced garlic (or crush it in the pan if you don’t have a garlic press).
5. Add soy sauce, fish sauce, half of the toasted sesame oil, and brown rice vinegar.
6. Remove the dried kelp from the water and pour it into the pan. Add a whole onion, cover with a lid, and let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
7. Before serving, remove the onion and enjoy it hot

I am always envious of people who are excellent cooks and also make the Aesthetics look appealing.
This looks really interesting! I wonder if it would work with spinach or kale too? Great aesthetics btw, love the bowls and the presentation with them!
