肉なしでここまでウマい!?豆腐の本気どんぶり!ぜひ作ってみてね♪

豆腐とキムチののり巻き丼
1人分

材料:
木綿豆腐 300g
キムチ 30g
焼きのり 1/2枚
片栗粉 適量
ごま油 小さじ1
焼肉のたれ 大さじ2
ご飯 200g
白いりごま 適量
小ねぎ(小口切り) 適量

作り方:
① 木綿豆腐はキッチンペーパーで包み、耐熱皿にのせて600Wの電子レンジで2分加熱する。粗熱を取ったら横半分に切り、刻んだキムチを挟む。側面に焼きのりを巻き、1.5cm幅に切って片栗粉をまぶす。
② フライパンにごま油を引いて中火で熱し、①を並べて両面をこんがりと焼く。余分な油を拭き取り、焼肉のたれを加えて煮絡める。
③ ご飯を盛った器に②をのせ、白いりごま、小ねぎをトッピングしたら、完成!

Nori Wrapped Tofu
Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS
300g tofu (firm)
30g kimchi
1/2 sheet rosted nori (seaweed)
Potato starch, as needed
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons Japanese BBQ sauce
200g steamed rice
Roasted white sesame seeds, as needed
Chopped scallions, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Wrap the tofu with paper towels and place it on a heat-resistant plate. Microwave for 2 minutes at 600W. Let it cool. Cut horizontally into halves. Put the kimchi between tofu slices. Wrap it with the nori. Cut into 1.5cm slices. Dust with the potato starch.
2. Heat the sesame oil in a pan on medium heat. Place (1) and cook until both sides are golden. With paper towels, remove excess oil in the pan. Add the BBQ sauce and simmer.
3. Put the rice in a bowl. Place (2) on top. Add the sesame seeds and the chopped scallions on top.
4. Enjoy!
