A creamy chilli avocado mousse and everything you love about chaat – in one perfect festive bite! Perfect for Diwali, hosting, and all your get-togethers this season ✨

Ingredients:
Avocado – 1
Lime juice – 1 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Green chilli – 1 – chopped

Onion – ½ – diced
Potato – 1- boiled and diced
Coriander – 3 tbsp – chopped
Chaat masala – ½ tsp
Black salt – pinch
Salt – to taste
Lime juice – 2 tsp
Sugar – pinch

Papdi – as required

Sev and pomegranate to garnish

Method:
* Place the peeled avocado, green chilli, lime juice and salt in a blender and blend until smooth.
* Transfer the avocado mixture to a piping bag and keep aside.
* In a bowl, combine the potato, onion, coriander, chaat masala, black salt, salt, lime juice and a pinch of sugar; mix well.
* Arrange papdi on a serving plate.
* Pipe the avocado mixture onto each papdi.
* Top each piped avocado with a spoonful of the potato–onion mixture.
* Garnish with chopped coriander, pomegranate seeds and a generous sprinkle of sev.
* Serve immediately so the papdi stays crisp.

  1. Didi can you please make a series of avocado recipe cause I love avocado but can't understand what can I make other then gavcamole or avo toast
