キャベツステーキ
1人分

材料:
キャベツ(1.5センチ幅) 1枚
オリーブ油 大さじ1
塩 適量
粉チーズ 適量
パセリ 適量

作り方:
① フライパンにオリーブ油を熱し、キャベツを焼き色がつくまで焼く。

② ①を裏返して塩をふり、蓋をして5分焼く。

③ 粉チーズ、パセリをかけたら完成!

INGREDIENTS
1 cabbage slice (1.5cm)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt, as needed
Grated parmesan cheese, as needed
Parsley, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Heat the olive oil in a pan. Cook the cabbage until nicely browned.

2. Flip the cabbage. Season with salt. Cook for 5 minutes with a lid on.

3. Sprinkle the parmesan and parsley on top.

4. Enjoy!
