1人分

材料:
食パン(6枚切り) 1枚
マヨネーズ 適量
卵 1個
ピザ用チーズ 10g
黒コショウ 適量

作り方:
① 食パンの真ん中をスプーンで潰す。

② 食パンのフチに沿って土手を作るようにマヨネーズをしぼる。

③ ボールに卵、ピザ用チーズを入れて混ぜ、②に流し入れ、オーブントースターで9分程焼く。(お好みの半熟加減になるまで様子を見ながら焼いてください。)

④ ③に黒コショウをかけたら、完成!
