冬の珈琲アレンジ2選〜寒い季節に飲みたいホットコーヒーレシピ〜 / Maruyama Coffee Recipe

丸山珈琲から発売中のTasty Japanオリジナルコーヒーバッグ「Tastyブレンド」を使った美味しい珈琲ドリンクをお届けします〜！
バリスタ世界大会準優勝の鈴木樹さんに監修いただいたオリジナルアレンジレシピ2種。冬の定番カフェモカに、香り豊かなか柚子を加え、チョコとコーヒーの濃厚なリッチな味わいが楽しめる「柚子香るカフェモカ」、そして香り高いウィスキーとコーヒーの相乗効果で、心も身体も温まる「お手軽アイリッシュコーヒー」！

■お手軽アイリッシュコーヒー
1杯分

材料：
コーヒーバッグ　1個
お湯　130ml
ブラウンシュガー　4〜6g
ウィスキー　10〜15ml
生クリーム　25〜30ml

作り方：
1. アイリッシュコーヒーのグラスを温める。

2. サーバーにコーヒーバッグを入れ、お湯30mlを注ぎ30秒蒸らす。

3. 残りのお湯100mlを加え、ブラウンシュガー、ウィスキーも加える。

4. 生クリームを泡立てる。

5. お湯を注いで4分経ったら、コーヒーバッグを取り出し、グラスに注ぐ。

6. 層になるようスプーンに添わせながら生クリームを注いだら、完成！

■柚子香るカフェモカ

材料：
コーヒーバッグ　1個
お湯　30ml
砂糖　3〜5g
チョコレート　12〜15g
柚子の皮（細切り/材料用約１cm 飾り用に４切れ程度別にとっておく）
牛乳　150ml

作り方：
1. 柚子の皮をむき、千切りにする。

2. 小鍋にコーヒーバッグを入れ、そこに熱湯30mlを全体にかかるように注ぎ1分蒸らす。

3. (2)に砂糖、チョコレート、ゆずの皮、牛乳を加え、火にかけ加熱する。

4. ホイッパーで泡立てながらかくはんする。

5. ふつふつと沸いてきたら火からおろし、カップに注ぐ。

6. 飾り用のゆずの皮をトッピングしたら、完成！

◆Quick and easy Irish coffee
By using coffee bags, you can enjoy Irish coffee easily at home!
It warms you up with whiskey.

INGREDIENTS
1 coffee bag
130ml hot water
4 to 6g brown sugar
10 to 15ml whiskey
25 to 30ml heavy cream

PREPARATION
1. Warm up a glass.

2. Put the coffee bag in a coffee server. Pour hot water (30mlg) and steep for 30 seconds.

3. Pour the rest of hot water (100ml) into the server. Add brown sugar and whiskey.

4. Whip heavy cream.

5. Remove the coffee bag 4 minutes after pouring hot water. Pour the coffee into the glass (1).

6. Using a spoon, add whipped cream.

7. Enjoy!

◆Mocha coffee with Yuzu
Let’s elevate your regular coffee with Yuzu.
Enjoy the rich flavor…

INGREDIENTS
1 coffee bag
30ml hot water
3 to 5g sugar
12 to 15g chocolate
Some Yuzu peels
150ml milk

PREPARATION
1. Slice Yuzu peels.

2. Put the coffee bag in a small pot. Pour hot water (30ml) over the coffee bag. Steep for 1 minute.

3. Add sugar, chocolate, Yuzu peels, and milk into the pot. Turn on the heat.

4. Stir with a whipper.

5. When boiled, remove the pot from the heat. Pour into a cup.

6. Put some Yuzu peels on top.

7. Enjoy!
