揚げだし卵丼〜ジュワっとしみる♪〜 / Juicy-Fried-Egg-Donburi

卵、めんつゆ、水、油だけで作れるお手軽卵料理のご紹介です。
卵を揚げ焼きして、外の白身はカリッと、黄身はとろ〜り・・・
優しいお出汁に浸して、温かいご飯にのせていただく、絶品かつ節約レシピです！！

揚げだし卵丼
2人分

材料：
卵 2個
水 200ml
めんつゆ（2倍濃縮） 50ml
サラダ油 適量
ご飯 茶碗2杯分
万能ねぎ 適量

作り方：
1.小さめのフライパンにサラダ油を1cmほど引いて中火に熱し、卵を割り入れる。
2.白身が固まってきたら半分に折りたたみ、フライパンを少し傾けて形を整え、一度取り出す。残りの卵も同様に揚げ焼きにする。
3.フライパンをキッチンペーパーでさっと拭き、水、めんつゆを加えて火にかける。沸騰したら火を止め、(2)を戻し入れて浸す。
4.茶碗にご飯を盛り、(3)をのせてつゆをかけ、万能ねぎを散らしたら、完成！

Juicy Fried Egg Donburi
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
Vegetable oil
2 eggs
200ml water
50ml noodle soup basel
300 grams steamed white rice
Some chopped scallion

PREPARATION
1. Pour 1cm of oil into a small skillet pan. Heat over medium-high and crack an egg into the pan.
2. Shimmer until white is getting set, fold it in half and take it out. Cook the other egg as well.
3. Use a paper towel to remove excess oil in the pan. Add water and noodle soup base, heat until its boiled. Turn off the heat, return eggs into the pan to let them sit in the noodle soup base mixture.
4. Put steamed rice in bowls and eggs on top. Splash noodle soup base mixture over and sprinkle chopped scallion.
5. Enjoy!
