黒糖タピオカ
2人分
材料:
ブラックタピオカ 30g
黒砂糖(粉末) 80g
水 250ml
牛乳 400ml

太めのストロー(タピオカ用) 2本

作り方:
1.タピオカは一晩(6-8時間)水に浸けておく。

2.鍋に水、黒砂糖を入れて火にかける。

2.沸騰したらタピオカを加えて、柔らかくなるまで10-15分ほど煮る。

3.グラスに(2)を入れて牛乳を注ぎ、氷を入れてかき混ぜたら、完成!

Brown Sugar Bubble Milk Tea
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
30 grams black tapioca pearls
250 milliliters water, plus more for soaking
80 grams brown suger
400 milliliters milk
Ice cubes, for serving

PREPARATION
Add the tapioca pearls to a large bowl with plenty of water and soak for 6-8 hours. Drain.
In a small pan over high heat, combine the water and brown sugar, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add the tapioca pearls and simmer for 10-15 minutes, until soft.
Divide the tapioca pearls and sugar syrup between 2 glasses. Tilt the glasses to coat the sides with the syrup.
Pour in the milk, then add ice cubes. Serve.

  1. This thing is very popular in Vietnam that called "sữa tươi trân châu đường đen" (milk and brown sugar pearl) in 2018.

  2. This is not milk TEA. This is actually another specific drink that is very popular in Asia and most boba shops have it already: It’s brown sugar boba with milk! It’s really good and not that sweet when you mix it all! 😊 I recommend!

  6. In Vietnam and mostly areas within Chinese territory, this drink is served with the name of brown sugar glazed boba and unsweetened milk. Because we add the boba with its syrup to the milk, it is supposed to use non-sugar drink to balance out the sugary level.
