Cold Noodles Recipe:
Ingredients
• Korean cold noodles
• Sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt
• Mini cucumber, tomatoes, kimchi (optional)
• Boiled egg
• Fresh chili pepper, garlic, chili flakes, chili oil (all optional)
• Cilantro for garnish
Directions
1. Boil the noodles, then rinse under cold water and drain.
2. In a large bowl, mix garlic, salt, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Add a bit of cold water to make a soup base.
3. Add noodles to the bowl and toss gently.
4. Top with cucumber, tomato, boiled egg, and kimchi if using. Add chili flakes or chili oil if desired.
5. Garnish with cilantro and enjoy!
