How to make Spicy Kimchi Noodles (1 serving)
*Ingredients*
sugar 1T
red pepper powder 1T
minced garlic 1/2T
chogochujang 2T
oligosaccharide 1T
1 paper cup of kimchi
kimchi soup 4T
cucumber 1/4
boiled egg 1/2
sesame seeds a little
sesame oil 1T
1 serving of noodles (100g noodles) (2cm size, coin size)
Measurement: Rice spoon, paper cup standard
1. Add 1T sugar, 1T red pepper powder, 1/2T minced garlic, 2T chogochujang, 1T oligosaccharide to a bowl.
2. Cut the kimchi into small pieces, about the size of a paper cup.
Bowl with seasoning add 4T of kimchi soup and cut kimchi to the bowl.
3. Cut 1/4 of a cucumber into thin strips.
4. Cut a boiled egg in half and prepare it.
5. Add 1 serving of noodles (prepare an amount the size of a coin with a diameter of 2cm) to the boiling water. Boil the noodles while stirring well so that they do not clump.
6. Once it boils, add cold water and boil for about 4 minutes and 30seconds (for 1 serving, add more time if you have a lot of noodles).
7. Rinse the noodles in cold water several times.
8. Place the noodles in a large bowl with the water removed and add the prepared seasoning and mix well.
9. Finally, top with the prepared cucumber and egg and sprinkle sesame seeds to finish.
