Dishes & Recipes:

Tomato Cucumber Shirasu Salad [0:06-0:22]
– 1 tomato, diced
– 1/2 cucumber, diced
– 1 tbsp mentsuyu
– 1 tsp sesame oil
– 1 pack (20 g) shirasu

Carrot Râpées [0:23-0:47]
– 1 carrot
– 2 tbsp vinegar
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tsp soy sauce
– 1/2 tsp sugar
– few shakes of msg
– salt and pepper to taste

Quick Pickled Daikon [0:48-1:10]
I used Nagatanien Quick Pickles (GOAT) but I often make it with yamitsuki cabbage seasonings:
– daikon
– dashi granules or msg
– sesame oil
– salt
– shio kombu (salted kelp)
– ground sesame seeds

Microwaved Edamame [1:12-1:25]
– edamame
– msg, chili oil, soy sauce, garlic etc to serve

Sesame Pan Seared Tuna [1:26-1:54]
– 1 tbsp ponzu
– 1 tuna fillet
– 2 tbsp sesame seeds
Marinate the tuna for at least 10 minutes. Coat in sesame seeds. Heat a pan over high heat until super hot. Add 2 tbsp of oil and add the tuna. Cook each side for 1 minute on the first side and 30-45 seconds on the other side. Then cook the edges for 15-20 seconds per side. Remove from pan immediately.

Nikumaki Onigiri (Will post a proper recipe for this soon LOL) [1:55-2:38]
– thinly sliced pork or beef
– fresh cooked rice
– yakiniku sauce

Curry Ramen [4:33-4:41]

Isobeyaki mochi [4:42-4:47]
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
2 kiri mochi
2 strips of sea weed
Stir soy sauce and sugar in a bowl. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the rice cakes until browned on each side. Once the mochi is soft, add soy sauce and sugar, and simmer over low heat until reduced and caramelized. Wrap with nori.

トマトキュウリしらすサラダ [0:06~0:22]
– 角切りトマト 1個
– キュウリ 1/2本(さいの目切り)
・めんつゆ 大さじ1
– ごま油 小さじ1
・しらす 1パック(20g)

キャロットラペ [0:23~0:47]
– ニンジン 1本
– 酢 大さじ2
– オリーブオイル 大さじ1
– 醤油 小さじ1
– 砂糖 小さじ1/2
– メッセージを数回振る
– 塩とコショウで味を調える

大根の早漬け [0:48~1:10]
永谷園のクイックピクルス(GOAT)を使いましたが、やみつきキャベツの調味料で作ることが多いです。
– 大根
– 顆粒だしまたはメッセージ
– ごま油
– 塩
– 塩昆布
– すりゴマ

電子レンジ枝豆 [1:12~1:25]
– 枝豆
– msg、ラー油、醤油、ニンニクなどを添えてください。

マグロのごま鍋たたき [1:26~1:54]
– ポン酢 大さじ1
– マグロの切り身 1個
– ゴマ 大さじ2
マグロを少なくとも10分間マリネします。ゴマをまぶします。鍋を強火で超熱くなるまで加熱します。油大さじ2を加え、ツナを加えます。片面を1分間、もう片面を30〜45秒ずつ焼きます。次に、端を片側15〜20秒ずつ焼きます。すぐに鍋から取り出してください。

肉巻きおにぎり(ちゃんとしたレシピは近々載せます笑) [1:55~2:38]
– 薄切りの豚肉または牛肉
– 炊きたてのご飯
– 焼肉のたれ

カリカリ鶏むね肉の唐揚げ [2:39~3:36]

磯辺焼き餅 [4:42~4:47]
醤油 大さじ1
砂糖 大さじ1
切り餅 2個
海藻 2片
ボウルに醤油と砂糖を入れて混ぜます。フライパンに油大さじ1を中火で熱します。お餅を両面に焼き色がつくまで焼きます。餅が柔らかくなったら、醤油、砂糖を加えて弱火でキャラメル状になるまで煮ます。海苔で包みます。
