Miso Soup with Wakame and Onion Recipe

Ingredients:
• 2 cups water
• 1 tbsp miso paste
• 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
• 1 tbsp dried wakame seaweed
• 1/2 tsp dashi powder (optional)

Instructions:
1. Bring water to a boil in a pot.
2. Add the sliced onion and simmer until soft.
3. Add the wakame and cook for another minute.
4. Turn off the heat and dissolve the miso paste in the soup.
5. Stir well and serve hot.
