    Here’s how you can make it-

    1 + 1/2 Cup Jowar Atta
    Salt
    5 Garlic Cloves + Small Pc Ginger + 2 Green Chillies Crushed
    1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
    1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder
    1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
    1 Tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
    1 Small Chopped Onions
    Few Coriander Leaves
    1 Tbsp White sesame seeds
    1 Tbsp Ghee
    250gms Bottle gourd (Lauki) – Peeled and grated. Avoid using the centre part of the vegetable because of the seeds.
    Water as needed

    Now grease a plastic or parchment paper and flatten this with the help of your palms, Roast it with ghee and serve with your favourite chutney ❤️✨
