鶏チャーシュー丼

材料:
鶏むね肉 300g
塩 少々
コショウ 少々
(A)みりん 大さじ2
(A)しょうゆ 大さじ3
(A)はちみつ 大さじ1
(A)にんにく(すりおろし) 小さじ1
(A)生姜(すりおろし) 小さじ1
ごはん 200g
万能ねぎ(小口切り) 適量
糸唐辛子 適量
ゆで卵 1個
作り方:
1.鶏肉は皮目にフォークで数カ所穴を開け、塩、コショウを振る。皮を外側にしてくるくると巻き、タコ糸で巻きつけ、形を整える。
2.耐熱容器に(A)の調味料を入れて混ぜ、(1)を漬け込む。ふんわりとラップをかけ、500Wのレンジで3分加熱する。
3.取り出して上下を返し、再びクッキングシートをかぶせてふんわりラップをかけ、500Wのレンジで3分加熱する。
4.粗熱が取れたら、保存用密閉袋に(3)を汁ごと入れ、空気を抜きながら口を閉じて冷蔵庫で2時間ほど冷やす。
5.食べやすい大きさに切り分ける。丼にごはんをよそい、チャーシューを盛り付け、万能ねぎ、糸唐辛子をトッピングしたら、完成。

Microwave Roasted Chicken Don
Servings: 1
INGREDIENTS
300 grams boneless, skin-on chicken breast
Kosher salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Sauce
2 tablespoons mirin
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon grated garlic
1 teaspoon grated ginger
For Serving
200 grams cooked rice
Sliced green onions
Red pepper flakes
1 boiled egg, halved
PREPARATION
Prick the chicken all over with a fork, then season on both sides with salt and pepper.
Starting from the bottom, roll the chicken up and tie with kitchen twine to secure. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, stir together the mirin, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. Add the chicken and turn to coat.
Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 500W for 3 minutes. Turn the chicken over and microwave for 3 more minutes.
Transfer the chicken and sauce to a zip-top bag, seal, and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Remove the twine and slice the chicken.
Serve over the rice with the sauce poured over. Top with green onions, red pepper flakes, and the boiled egg.

Could be better on sous vide method? I mean, to avoid cooking in a microwave.
Pretty smart with the microwave, but I’d prefer it hot and ready and not chilled to serve later. Unless that’s just another way of saving it to eat later at anytime.

Are people really complaining about how the food is being cooked?? This is Japanese food ideas/cooking, tho. They do food their way. Also their ovens/microwaves are the best technology…jelly
