豆腐タピオカ フィリピンスイーツ「タホ」

材料:
タピオカ(白) 15g
絹豆腐 200g
黒蜜 適量

作り方:
① 鍋にたっぷりのお湯を沸かしてタピオカを約20分ゆで、冷水につけてさらした後、ザルにあげて水気を切る。
② 好きなグラスやコップに、500Wの電子レンジで2分温めた豆腐を入れる。
③ ②の上に①、黒蜜をかけたら、完成!

15g white tapioca pearls
200g silken tofu
Black syrup (to taste)

PREPARATION
1. Boil a large amount of water and cook the tapioca pearls for about 20 minutes. Then, rinse them with cold water and drain in a sieve.
2. In a glass or cup of your choice, place the silken tofu warmed in a 500W microwave for 2 minutes.
3. Top with black syrup and tapioca pearls. Your Tofu Tapioca is now ready to enjoy!

  2. if you can find extra soft silken tofu, that would be closer…but in reality, a true taho uses specially made tofu that is softer than any soft silken tofu…it was made actually for this Filipino breakfast staple
