    Basically it introduces 4 things that can be used to replace/be more eco-friendly:
    1. Beeswax wrap instead of plastic wrap
    2. Reusable oven sheet
    3. Silicon zip-lock bag
    4. A compost machine

    The last one is about taking all veg an fruits waste and you put it in special machine that make it Fertilizer and you just put the mixture in the soil .

    オーブンシートいいよ、丸く切ってフライパンで魚や肉焼くとき使ってます。くっつかないし、手入れ楽だし、十年位使ってるけど全然まだ使える。
