   The problem is the noodle will be soggy by the time you receive the food. Just look at how long it take for the cook to arrange the bean sprout and meat

    They purposely put cover the noodles with everything, which made the noodles soaked up the soup, made the volume even more. So, my strategy will be to remove everything on top as soon as possible into a separate bowl, and finish the noodles first. Then eat the rest.
